Training Tomorrow

Scrabblers,
Tomorrow is an official CCA session, so attendance will be taken.
Please do not take skipping sessions lightly, we have 1 month to the competition left and some CCA sessions are disrupted by certain school events and public holidays.
Sec 3s who have finished their papers, report to the Exam room and I will brief you on what we will be doing in the meantime before the official CCA session starts at 2pm
I will try to end the session as soon as possible.

There will not be any Scrabble training next week.
Training will resume on 27 Feb - Sec 1 and 2 papers end at 1 30pm, report for CCA at 2pm
Sec 3s: Report to CCA after your last paper, will give you time for lunch later
Sec 4s: Normal school day, report for CCA as per normal - 2pm

Sec 1s in charge of duty - Arrive 15 minutes earlier to set up
Tristan is in charge of ensuring every Sec 1 is there by 2 15 and is helping set up

Duties:
Exco. member in-charge of the keys will unlock the cupboard
Members on duty are to come at least 15 minutes earlier from reporting time to
1. Arrange the tables
2. Take out the boxes from the cupboard
3. Lay out sets unto the tables in order 1-18
4. Distribute scoresheet booklets to assigned table - pairings will be written on the board, just follow accordingly

After the training session, members on duty are also expected to help pack up the sets into the boxes and returning them to the cupboard

Level In Charge for duty:
Sec 1s: Tristan
Sec 2s: Olery
Sec 3s: Ze Ming
Sec 4s: Ethan

Level in charge for duty must be the one facilitating the set up and ensuring everyone on duty is on task. He may report to me whoever is not doing any work and said person will be dealt with.

Implementation of punishments for missing tiles after every game: $0.50 per tile missing

Punishment for phoneys to be given to me at the beginning of the session for checking.

Training for tomorrow 6 Feb: Start: 2pm, Expected End: 5pm
According to the duty roster, Sec 2s are in charge of duty because Sec 4s have examination papers. Hence, Sec 2s are to report 15 minutes earlier, failure to do so will require a valid reason.
